Handmade products (Jewellery, Painting & Handicrafts) will be only returned/refunded in the case of damaged product received or wrong products delivered.
Due to transportation/product handling, if the product is found damaged when received, please mail us at email@example.com, with the pictures of the damage and the product, within 24 hours of the products received. We will ensure that you receive either a replacement/refund, depending on case to case scenario. The broken piece should reach us on or before 15 days of the delivery date. The decision in such cases will be at the sole discretion of AuthIndia.
Authindia don’t take the responsibility of credit to a wrong A/C number. Please double check the Account details provided in the form.
The refund will be processed within 24-48hrs, once the damaged/wrong product reaches the Artist.
