Shipping:

At AuthIndia.com you get free shipping in India on most of the products. However, some products might attract shipping charges. The shipping charges are not fixed and depend on various factors like nature / category of your product, which location dispatched from, gross weight of the product, etc. This amount will be over and above the value of the product that you see on our Website or Mobile App.

The shipping charges on your order will be informed before your order is being placed at AuthIndia. If it’s via web or mobile, the shipping charge would reflect on the shopping cart / payment page.

Dispatch Details:

After the product dispatch, you will be provided with the shipment details and an approximate delivery duration, for easy tracking of the shipment and to ensure that you are available at the given address to receive the shipment when it is delivered. AuthIndia is not responsible if the shipment is returned, due to unavailability of recipient at the address.

It will usually take 7-10 working days for the shipment to reach you. We will provide the tracking details for you to easily track your order.

Cancellation:

If the order is not dispatched, it can be cancelled, and we will refund the total amount or replace the order. However, order once dispatched cannot be cancelled.

Returns:

All products sold on Authindia.com are handmade or hand-weaved (if stated otherwise), will be only returned in the case of damaged/wrong product received.

Due to transportation/product handling, if the product is found damaged when received, please mail us at returns@authindia.com, with the pictures of the damage and the product, within 24 hours of the products received. We will ensure that you receive either a replacement/refund, depending on case to case scenario. The broken piece should reach us on or before 15 days of the delivery date. The decision in such cases will be at the sole discretion of AuthIndia.

We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time promised by our customer care executive or on website or mobile. Below are some more shipping related points:

  • Sellers ship out orders on all week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.
  • To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, sellers will only make shipments through reputed courier agencies.
  • While the sellers strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.
