What are the delivery charges on Authindia?

You get free shipping on all products in India. However, some products may attract shipping charges which will be displayed on cart page.

How long would my order take to reach me?

It usually takes 7-10 working days for the order to reach you. We will share the tracking details so the order can be easily tracked.

Is there any extra charge for COD?

COD (Available for selected products) is free on orders above Rs 500 in India.

Why is COD not shown during checkout?

COD is available on selected products & depends on the serviceability of your location by courier providers.

Can I open the COD order before making the payment?

Sorry, we do not provide open delivery services as of now. If you have any issues with the product you can CONTACT US.

Can the order be delivered on a particular day?

We strive to deliver the product as soon we can, however we can not commit on delivering on a particular day.

I have received a damaged/broken piece. What do I do?

If you have received a broken/damaged piece, please mail us on returns@authindia.com with the picture of damaged part within 24 hrs of the delivery.

I have received a wrong size?

Please mail us at returns@authindia.com with correct size details & we will ensure the exchange is done with out any extra charge.

Can I return a part of my order?

Yes, if you have ordered multiple products you can return a partial quantity/product.

What are the modes of refund available after cancellation?

We offer below options for your convenience :

  • Back to Account – The amount will be refunded to the payment mode that was originally used to pay for the order.
  • NEFT transfer – Available for all Cash-on-Delivery orders. As per policy, cash refunds are not possible.
How long will it take to receive my refund amount?

It usually takes 7 working days for the amount to be reflected in your account, after we receive the cancelled product in its original packaging.

Listing on Authindia is absolutely free. We do not charge anything for your online catalogue. You will only pay a small commission when your products gets sold.
