Yes, if you have ordered multiple products you can return a partial quantity/product.

- Back to Account – The amount will be refunded to the payment mode that was originally used to pay for the order.
- NEFT transfer – Available for all Cash-on-Delivery orders. As per policy, cash refunds are not possible.
It usually takes 7 working days for the amount to be reflected in your account, after we receive the cancelled product in its original packaging.
