Project Tarasha – The social flagship by Titan Company Ltd and Creative Dignity brings 30+ artisans to Bengaluru

Over 30 artisans from Kashmir to Kerala and Gujarat to Northeast will unfold their endearing creation from February 9th – 11th at the Bengaluru International Centre, Domlur.

The event showcases Kashmir’s diverse aari, sujani and tilla embroidery and Karnataka’s Lambani to Gujarat’s Ajrakh and Rajasthan’s usta and pichwai paintings, over 25 craftspersons and artisans from across the country will present their art at Bengaluru this week.

“The partnership focuses on the holistic development of craft practitioners, covering aspects such as design mentoring, creative collaborations, market access, product innovation, and online enhancement,” says Sridhar N E, chief sustainability officer, Titan.

Besides cultural endearment, there will also be a ‘Design Showcase’ area featuring the collaboration between artisans and designers, with workshops and performances offering a window into the mesmerising world of Indian handicrafts.

For those interested in architecture and interior design, there will be several interestingly designed and curated accessories like leather lamps, temples for home, rugs as well.
